Join our confidential, inclusive and reflective group.

Our Mixed Gender Online Sharing group welcomes all people, where we can simply sit together in a safe space to share what's going on in our lives, listening and learning from one another's experiences, noticing, acknowledging and celebrating what's good, gaining inspiration to change what's not, and simply accepting 'what is'.

We can support one another to become more authentic, without telling each other what to do or how to be. There is no pressure and it’s fine to say "Pass” when it’s your turn to speak.

We are respectful, accepting & accountable and we want more out of life.
We explore who we are, who we no longer need to be, and how we can lead more meaningful and fulfilled lives.

We'll be following Kenny's group Ground Rules - please check them out before you attend and suggest any changes before we begin.

TIME: 2pm start, ends 3pm.
