This is a gentle, welcoming space for women to feel heard, held, and supported - especially during times of stress, transition, or healing. Whether you're navigating burnout, grief, anxiety, or simply seeking connection, this circle offers a weekly rhythm of care and calm. No fixing, no pressure - just presence, compassion, and community.
What Happens Each Week:
- Arrival & Welcome (10 min)
- Supportive Sharing (40 - 60 min): Confidential space to speak, listen, share or simply be - guided by trauma-sensitive facilitation
- Prompted Journaling (15 - 20 min): A guided writing prompt session
- Close (5 min)
Who It’s For:
Women of all ages and backgrounds - especially those feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or in need of gentle support. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
Please Bring:
To support your comfort and reflection, we invite you to bring:
- A pen and a notebook or journal for prompted writing
- A cushion or wrap to sit on - whatever helps you feel grounded
- Yourself, just as you are — tender, tired, curious, or quiet
Tea and coffee will be provided to warm your hands and heart.
