We are a travel and fitness group dedicated to making health enjoyable! Our core mission is simple: to combine the benefits of walking for fitness with the excitement of local travel and exploration. Forget the treadmill—we use charming towns and historic cities as our gym. We believe the best way to move your body is by experiencing something new.

What You Can Expect from Our Events:

  • Active Day Trips: Our events are focused day trips to nearby, walkable cities, towns, and scenic destinations (e.g., historic downtowns, waterfronts, nature paths). We take care of the planning, so you just show up ready to explore!
  • Fitness through Exploration: We structure our outings to ensure a solid amount of walking (typically 3-5 miles) at a comfortable, social pace, allowing plenty of time for sightseeing, breaks, and photos. It's purposeful walking with a destination in mind.
  • Easy Socializing: All are welcome! This is the perfect group if you value health and are looking for a fun, low-pressure way to socialize and make new friends while discovering hidden gems close to home.
