X7 is a free outdoor bootcamp that meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (*) from 6 AM to 7 AM.
(*) Saturday August 09 is our special launch event for new members
We meet at the small stadium that is about 150 meters from Benjakitti Park Asoke Entrance in Bangkok. The park is within easy walking distance of the Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations
The intensity and types of body-weight exercises varies from session to session and challenges many different muscle groups: sprinting, skipping, push-ups, planks, squats, pull-ups and the like.
The group is quite small and averages 4-6 people per session
X7 is a volunteer-based organization: There are no fees to join or participate

- Run 400 meters
- 12 Push up rotations
- 10 Burpee Broad Jumps
- Run 400 meters

Amrap 15 minutes:- 10 Mushroom pushups
- 10 Incline pushups
- Run 400 meters
- 20 split squats
- Run 400 meters
Part 3:
Amrap 15 minutes- 10 Incline pushups
- 10 Decline pushups
- 10 Wide pushups
- 10 Leg-outs
- 10 leg flutters
- Run 400 meters
Conclusion:
