Backpacking Orientation

Whether you are a beginning backpacker, are curious about backpacking, or have been thinking about joining me on a backpack trip, but aren’t confident that you’re ready enough to make the leap, please join me at Elkin Municipal Park for a beginning backpacker’s orientation!

We’ll meet under the pavilion and I will teach you what to bring, how to pack, and how to be prepared!

After the orientation, we’ll enjoy a social hour at Fruition Cocktail Bar in nearby downtown Elkin.

This will also be a great meet-n-greet for our group under a low-pressure environment. Even if you don’t care about backpacking, come hang with us and socialize!
