Grassy Creek Winery: Vineyard & Forest Bathing Trails and MST to Carter Falls

Come with me on an interpretive hike to explore the rich foothills and history of nearby Elkin, NC - my humble hometown. On this relatively new trail, we will hike through rolling hills, rustic meadows and rural farmlands out to the hidden, and truly majestic, Carter Falls where we'll have a snack before making our way back the way we came.

We will end and begin at Grassy Creek Vineyard where we will enjoy a varied and delectable selection of Yadkin Valley wines. Everyone who attends, please bring a finger-food/charcuterie dish for a picnic at the winery after the hike. This will be an easy, relaxing hike meant for us to enjoy walking through the beautiful backcountry of my hometown.
