Just awake at 08:00 am at Rush and no idea what to do?
☕️Perfect.
🧘♀️🧘♂️ I recommend:
- bring a big towel or meditation cushion (we will sit on the ground), or/and a yoga mat (if ground is wet tomorrow)
- Hoodie or pullover or jacket or scarf (it can be a bit chilly if you sit for a while, protect the neck!)
- use some sun protection
- you can also bring headphones if the waves are too loud
- come with an empty stomach

Meditation in silence is a great tool.
(It s called "vipassana", I will not talk IN the meditation but can give you a little introduction what to take care of).
