Casual Pace Bicycle Ride, On the Deck to Sandy Hook Lot M, 20 miles!

Let's enjoy cycling 20 miles from On the Deck in Atlantic Highlands, to Sandy Hook Lot M, and back! I will be outside with my bike between On the Deck and Sissy's restaurants at 10:30am.
We'll ride on a tightly packed gravel trail along the Sandy Hook Bay; on the road through Highlands; cross the bridge (which has a dedicated bike lane); ride on the paved trail up Sandy Hook to Lot M; then back to On the Deck!
I plan on stopping at multiple points to make sure no one is left behind. The head wind at Sandy Hook can get very strong, so please be aware of your physical ability.
Please keep in mind this ride Could go past 3PM, depending on our pace and whether or not we stop at some of the historic sites at Sandy Hook.
