Our sweet Metta Yoga practice is back! This time online.
Sessions combine Metta (Loving-Kindness) meditation with gentle yoga to soothe the mind, relax tension in the body and open the heart to greater feelings of peace and self-compassion.
The session is beginner friendly. Bring a mat and wear loose, comfortable clothes. Feel free to modify any pose to suit your comfort and ability.
These sessions are available for established Yoga for Living Community Initiative members only.
Note: The Zoom link and passcode will appear in your Messages section of Meetup the night before or the day of the event.
