GENTLE YOGA FOR EVERYONE
Beginners will be guided, by donation, 1 ½ hrs
Mondays 10.30 am Jim Casey Oval, Dover TAS 7117, 7235 Huon Highway

60 min of gentle stretching movement, including
all areas of your body, benefitting your health and fitness, improving balance and strength, excellent stress-release and improving nervous system and mental health, followed by wonderful relaxation (Yoga Nidra). Bring a mat and/or towel, small cushion and small blanket, strap (or longish shawl), something to cover your eyes during relaxation (shawl will do), wear any comfy clothing.
