Practicamos yoga accesible para todos los niveles y después solemos tomar algo, ir a brunch o simplemente charlar. El objetivo no es solo el yoga, sino conectar, relajarse y sentirse en casa en Madrid.

Mi nombre es Atiya, soy la organizadora.
Soy profesora de yoga del Reino Unido con más de 14 años de experiencia, mentora de profesores de yoga y terapeuta de Thai Massage. Me encanta crear espacios donde las personas puedan moverse, relajarse y sentirse parte de una comunidad.

My name is Atiya, the founder and organiser.
I’m a yoga teacher from the UK with 14+ years of experience, a yoga teacher mentor and a Thai Massage therapist. My aim is to help you de-stress, feel good in your body and find your people in Madrid.

Welcome to this Yin Yoga & Meditation class in central Madrid
A 60-minute yin yoga class designed to help you slow down, relax deeply and calm the nervous system. In yin yoga we hold poses for longer (3–5 minutes), allowing the body and mind to soften and unwind.
This is the first Wednesday of the month, so the class will be a full 60-minute Yin Yoga practice.

As winter draws to a close, this retreat offers you a space to pause, reflect, and reset before the energy of spring arrives. Over three days in the mountains, you’ll be guided through nourishing yoga practices, calming breathwork, and time in nature — all designed to help you release what feels stagnant and create space for fresh inspiration.
Picture yourself arriving at Huerto San Antonio in La Cabrera, surrounded by mountains and open skies. You are welcomed into a beautiful, bright space where you can breathe deeply, enjoy energising and relaxing practices, and feel completely at ease.
Our Nourish & Renew Yoga Retreat is about rest, reflection, and reconnecting with yourself before spring begins. Perhaps you’ve felt on-the-go without pause, or in need of grounding after a busy start to the year. This retreat is your chance to slow down, savour simple pleasures and reset your rhythm. Over the weekend you’ll be looked after, connect with like-minded people, and return home feeling nourished, renewed and with some new friends.
Through a balance of yoga, breathwork, meditation, delicious food, and quiet time in nature, you’ll be able to rest, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. With space away from daily distractions, you will be able to slow down, breathe deeply and feel calmer.
Life in the city can feel relentless — always busy, always making decisions, rarely pausing. This retreat is a chance to let go of that pressure. You can give yourself permission to just be, to reflect, and to recharge.

- Reconnect with yourself and others in a supportive community
- Find clarity where you feel stuck with decisions or routines
- Feel nourished and cared for with wholesome meals and cosy accommodation - no cooking or washing up!

Our retreat will be held at Huerto San Antonio, a beautiful countryside venue close to Madrid. With mountain views, peaceful gardens, and a homely feel, it’s the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature.
Our group is international so classes are in English (I speak Spanish too if that helps) and all are welcome. Yoga classes are for all levels, including absolute beginners :).INFORMATION

YOGA: Hatha yoga and some yin, depending on the needs of the group.. It is open to all levels, including absolute beginners and those who have been practicing for longer. You don’t have to go to all classes if you don’t feel like it!
FOOD: The food is nutritious, plentiful and delicious. All food is vegetarian. Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements.
Three meals per day are included.
SLEEP:
Accommodation is comfortable, in the main house or in one of the other houses close by. All the rooms are en-suite. You can choose from a double room (double bed or twin bed) or single room (see pricing below).
LEISURE TIME:
You can:- relax
- walk into the village / around the area
- Hike - we are right by El Pico de la Miel & other routes
- visit the Convento de San Antonio (La Cabrera)
PRICING & BOOKING:
What's included: All yoga classes, meditation, surprise workshop, all meals (three a day), accommodation (you can choose double or individual) and great company!
What’s not included: Transport to/from El Huerto de San Antonio, free time activities, travel and health insurance.
What to bring: I will send you a message with the things you need (nothing special!).

We cannot hold spaces. The deposit secures your place. Please see cancellation policy belowWe are aware that last-minute events happen and you may need to cancel. With this in mind, please note:
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- If you have paid in full and need to cancel on or before 15 January 2026, you will get a refund of 50% of the balance, less the deposit
- If you cancel on or after 16 January 2026, then we are unable to offer refunds. However if you find someone to take your place, then we would gladly offer you a full refund less the €120 deposit.
- If you decide to leave the retreat for any reason or in the unfortunate and unlikely event of you being asked to leave due to disruptive behaviour, then no refunds can be offered.
- If the retreat is cancelled for reasons outside of our control, you will be refunded the retreat amount, less the €120 deposit, which would be transferable to a future retreat or another service with Atiya.
HOW TO GET HERE:
- Bus: There is a bus that goes from Plaza de Castilla (bus 191, around €3) and then it’s about a 30min walk up a slope! Be prepared to walk or ask someone with a car in advance to pick you up/take luggage in advance - I will help where I can (if I go by car for example)
- Car: You can arrive by car. Please let us know if you are driving and can offer a lift to someone from Madrid.
- Air: The nearest airport is Madrid, then you can take the bus or drive.

Welcome to this Sunday Morning Hatha Yoga & Meditation class
A 75-minute class designed to help you start your Sunday feeling calm, grounded and present. We practise classic hatha yoga poses, mindful movement, breath awareness and a guided meditation to support flexibility, strength and a settled mind.
The pace is steady and clearly guided, making the class very suitable for beginners, as well as for more experienced practitioners looking for a calm, centred practice.

Welcome to this Hatha Yoga & Meditation class followed by a social meet-up ☕️A 75-minute mindful hatha yoga class, designed to move the body with awareness, improve flexibility and strength, and calm the mind. The class includes breathwork, classic hatha yoga postures and a guided meditation.
After the class, we usually go for a drink together, to relax and get to know each other (totally optional!).
