Enjoy a fun, relaxing yoga session led by Darlene from Yoga In Nature™featuring adorable puppies from the SPCA of Wake County! Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, water and any desired props. This will bean outdoor practice, so dress accordingly. We will be doing a slow yoga flow to yin practice with the puppies playing in the yoga space, and you can be assured that there will be some downward facing dog and puppy poses!
Location will be at the Apex Town Campus, outdoors.
