Mysore style is a self driven practice with assistance from the teacher on alignments. The Ashtanga flow is pre-defined and required to be followed in the same order. The pace is chosen by the practitioner and achieve what is possible in 90mins.
Energetic, synchronized breath and movements make your body flow like water and unveil your true natural energy.
You can start Ashtanga with any proficiency level, regardless of age, gender or weight, and build up your skills step by step. Each asana builds from the previous one like a brick creating a firm wall.
