  • A meeting room very near the station
  • We’ll DM you on the event day. Reply to it to get the address. The organiser travels from 8:00–9:25, so if the app has a technical issue, I'll reply to you from my laptop by 9:40.

What to bring

  1. Laptop or tablet

  3. Trash bag - No bins; take your trash home
  4. Pocket Wi-Fi if you use Adobe, other creative tools, or train AI models. Canva and Figma are fine.

Participation fee

  • 500 yen in cash - Collected at the meeting room door

Wi-Fi

  • 1 pocket Wi-Fi shared by every 4 people
  • Bring your own if possible. The building has no free Wi-Fi.

Cancellation policy

  • If cancelling within 24 hours, please message the organiser

We understand emergencies and delays, but members may be removed without notice for:

  • No-shows
  • Attending without RSVP
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations
  • Unpaid fees
  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour
  • No alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs before or during the event
  • Spreading conspiracy theories
  • Coming by fossil-fuelled car or motorbike, including to the nearest station
