Note:
This session is not for general ADHD symptom management or diagnosis discussions. Our focus is on reviewing the past week and planning ahead—making it easier to start each week with purpose.

Weekly 🧠 Check-In
One of the hallmarks of ADHD is feeling like we’re constantly falling into the same traps that keep us from achieving what we want. Often, we fixate on what we didn’t do well and completely overlook the things that were productive or helped us push forward.
If we don’t take time to reflect on our performance, every day can start to feel like a repeat of the one before. That also means we rarely stop to recognize or celebrate what’s actually working.

Why a Weekly Review Matters
A weekly review can be enlightening, empowering, and one of the best ways to help our ADHD brains reach their full potential.
It might sound tedious or intimidating, but doing it together—through a guided group check-in—takes away the pressure. You’ll walk away with greater awareness, a clear plan, and a sense of control over your week.

This Isn’t a Typical ADHD Group
This is a working session for adults with ADHD who want to plan intentionally, build systems that work for them, and stay accountable. If you’re ready to get things done—not just talk about them—I promise you’ll fit right in.

You’ll Find This Session Helpful If:

  • You’re tired of feeling out of control.
  • You’re ready to actively engage on your own behalf.
  • You’re done paying the cost of disorganization.
  • You’re ready to stop letting ADHD push your goals further out of reach.

You Won’t Find This Session Helpful If:

  • You plan to stay off camera and on mute.
  • You’re not ready to do the work (yes, there's writing!).
  • You’re here just to vent about your ADHD, your boss, your job, or your life.
  • Your excuses don't keep you up at night.
  • You're not ready to take responsibility over your circumstances.

Are You Ready?
Join us each week to slow down long enough to reflect, regroup, and refocus—then walk away with a plan that actually works for how your brain works.
