Join me for a two-hour workshop where we will discover the power of mindfulness and mindfulness practice. What is it? Is it a meditation? How do we implement it? How does it create wellness? There will be time to sit and talk about how we all practice mindfulness, how it changes our lives and how it can be a wonderful tool to alleviate stress. We will start with registration, some light stretches and movement, breathwork and then begin our mindfulness meditations. This workshop will be conducted by myself an accredited Holistic Counsellor and Meditation Teacher.

This workshop is designed to allow us to come back to our natural relaxation response and to be present in the moment, to listen without judgement, to see the beauty around us and be grateful, to feel the sensations around us and to acknowledge what we are experiencing in that moment. This will be a wonderful morning to connect with like-minded people and make new friends.

The fee for this 2-hour workshop is $30 (community price) paid by cash on the day and a minimum of 5 participants is required for this workshop to go ahead.

We will meet at Bunyaville Conservation Park located off Old Northern Road, Albany Creek. Going outbound from the City vear left where the sign says Bunyaville, follow the entrance to the top and turn right, follow this road to the first or second carpark and we will meet at the gazebo.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and a hat.

Hand out sheets will be given at the end of the workshop.
