Peace After Work: A Forest Meditation Walk

Details
Feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
Headaches after tough workdays? Or maybe the world just feels like it’s moving too fast?
Come join us for a mindful walk in the peaceful Gattikon forest — a moment to unwind after work and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
We’ll walk together slowly and mindfully, speak about meditation, nature, and simple tools to stay calm and present in a fast-paced world.
After the walk, we’ll sit together for 10–15 minutes of guided meditation in a quiet spot among the trees.
This is a safe and supportive space. Our shared intention is to be kinder, more grounded, and more connected with our inner selves.
During the walk, I will also share what I’ve learned from Buddhist monks during Vipassana retreats in Thailand, as well as from mindfulness teachers and books I’ve studied over the past 7 years.
I’ve personally walked through depression and am on a healing journey with anxiety — and these practices have helped me come back to a sense of peace, clarity, and inner strength. I’m happy to share them with you.
I’ll also speak about the healing power of trees — both their spiritual meaning and the scientific benefits they offer to our health and nervous system.
Let’s take a moment to pause and reconnect — with ourselves, each other, and the forest.
