Hiking Weekend

Join Zurich Together for a beautiful hiking weekend in Graubünden area, combining nature, fresh mountain air, relaxed community vibes, and hikes for different fitness levels.

🚌 Private group transportation on Saturday
(transfer to Caumasee - Crestasee and return after the hike)

## 📅 Weekend Program

### Friday – Arrival

Check-in from 18:00
Arrival in Lenzerheide
Welcome dinner together at the accommodation
Relaxed evening to get to know each other

### Saturday – Caumasee & Crestasee Lake Adventure

Early breakfast (open buffet)
Prepare your pack-yourself lunch
Private bus transfer for our group to Caumasee (included in the price)

We will split into two hiking options:

🥾 Touristy / easy hike (group-friendly pace, nevertheless, have to be fit and keep up for 11km)
🏔 Harder hike for those seeking more challenge

Both routes end near Crestasee, where we will:

swim 🏊
relax
enjoy lunch and free time by the lake

In the afternoon:

Bus transfer back to the accommodation
Dinner together
Optional sauna & free evening (Billiard, board games, etc..)

### Sunday – Lenzerheide Panorama & Farewell

Luggage can be stored at the hotel

We continue with two hiking options again:

Easy hike
Harder alternative route

Both groups meet again at a lake in Lenzerheide for:

picnic & chill time 🌞
relaxing end of the weekend

Around 16:00, we begin our return journey back to Zurich.

## 🍽 Food Information

Please inform us in advance about any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Meals are simple, mountain-style group meals:

Dinner: nice 3-course group menu
Breakfast: open buffet (cereal, cheese, bread, fruits...)
Lunch: pack-it-yourself style prepared during breakfast

Please do not expect luxury mountain cuisine. The focus is community, nature, and shared experience 😊

Female rooms: toilet included within the room (regardless of room size)
Male rooms: toilets may be shared depending on allocation

If a private bathroom is a must (males), please contact me before booking so I can confirm availability.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Ticket Transfer Policy

No resale or transfer: Tickets are personal and may be resold, transferred, or otherwise redistributed in the right category and upon confirmation of the event host.
Refunds (based on written cancellation date):
Up to 90% refund if you cancel at least 5 weeks before the event date.
Up to 40% refund if you cancel at least 3 weeks before the event date.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 3 weeks before the event date, or for no-shows.
How refunds are issued: Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Any transaction or payment processing fees may be non-refundable where applicable.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the event, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with travel and participation, including but not limited to accidents, injury, illness, property loss, delays, and other unforeseen events. We’re kicking things off at Casa Helvetia to do what we do best: mingle, laugh, and socialize. Whether you’re coming solo to meet some awesome new people or catching up with old friends, the drinks will be flowing and the energy will be high. This is the perfect spot to break the ice and make some connections.

And yes, we are absolutely doing karaoke! 🎶 The mic will be hot, so get ready to jump up and belt out your favorite anthems. But hey, if the stage isn't your thing, no stress at all. You can totally just chill with a drink, keep the conversations going, and cheer on the brave ones. Hey everyone 👋

Join us for a fun evening of padel, a mini tournament vibe, and a relaxed tryout for everyone who wants to play, and meet new people. 🎾✨
The game format will be decided on the spot depending on the number of attendees, so it stays fair, and fun for all levels (beginner friendly).

Date & Time: 17.05.2026, 17:40 at Padeleros - Sportanlagen Wallisellen
The venue has lockers (bring a 2.- coin) and showers available.

Cost: 40 CHF per person. It includes court rental, rackets & balls!
If you are a good former tennis player and have not tried padel yet, get the ticket of "Tournament Ticket", as long as you learn the rules beforehand through videos.
Newbies (50 CHF) will guided with an instructor (Abraham), a community volunteer, or the event host separately.

Schedule:
17:40-17:50: Gather
17:50: Quick rule briefing & team division (first timers together, will not join the tournament)
18:00 - 20:00: Play padel with the possible rotating matches
20:00 onwards: Socialize, chat, enjoy the sunset, and maybe find a training partner!

1. You may cancel the ticket up to 48 hrs. before the event and receive full refund for the initial ticket (FLEX tickets only).
2. You may cancel your ticket between 48-24 hrs. before the event and receive no refund (by informing the organizer).
3. You may resell the ticket up to 48 hrs. before the event to someone in the CORRECT category, it is your task to check and inform the organizer from the group chat once it is completed.
4. In the last 24 hrs. No reselling is allowed. If for some reason you can not attend anymore, please contact the organizer. If you do not show up without writing any message, you may be suspended from the future padel events.

End your Monday with a balance of movement and connection. We’ll begin with a Hatha Yoga practice designed to help you release the day's tension, followed by an optional (and free) breathwork session to deeply reset your nervous system. Afterwards, we’ll move to the cozy chill area for a relaxed social hour. It’s a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and build genuine connections. You are welcome to stay for the full experience or just the parts that suit you best!
