Pilates and Tea Time Together!

📍Rentenwiese (meet-up point Glace Tina) or Reactic Studio depends on the weather
It is Pilates for starters level on the mat. For advanced levels, I show variations to make the exercise more difficult. To properly train your balance, I recommend mat Pilates rather than on the Reformer. The session is given by a physiotherapist. If you have mild complaints, I can also show variations to still be able to train complaint-free.
Normally it is at Reactic studio (Frauentalweg 16, Zurich). With good weather, it's by Lake Zurich (at Rentenwiese meet-up point: Glace Tina). I will share the exact location on the Whatsapp group.
The price is normally 25CHF but 29.07 there is a 18CHF deal with social time (drinks and snacks) included after the session.
