ADHD can make everyday life feel harder than it should be — difficulty focusing, staying organised, managing impulses, or following through on what matters.
This session takes a simpler approach.

Using the 2-Step Recovery method, we focus on two things:
– measuring how things are going
– building practical strategies that actually help day to day

No long theories. No overcomplication. Just what works.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
– reflect on how things have been for you recently
– identify what’s helping and what’s not
– explore simple ways to improve focus, structure, and follow-through
– leave with a clearer plan for the week ahead

This is a supportive, practical session — not therapy, not diagnosis, just a space to understand what’s going on and make progress.

How it works:
– Brief introduction to the approach
– Complete a simple self-tracking tool
– Optional sharing and reflection
– Group discussion and practical ideas
– Close with one small step for the week
