Writing useful and reusable directives
Details
For our 2nd meetup we have a great talk planned on Directives.
Title: Writing useful and reusable directives
Speaker : Michael Hills - Posse.com (Sydney)
Description: Angular has enabled rapid-development in many aspects of the posse.com (http://posse.com/) website. I'd like to share what has worked well for us, specifically the UI for adding and removing tags to and from a place. I will go through the code and demonstrate how to write directives and how to communicate between multiple directive-powered UI elements in a reusable way.
Bio: I am a developer at Posse (one year) spending my days writing Java in the backend and HTML/LESS/JavaScript on the frontend. Previously I was in a completely different world working in embedded systems doing virtualisation for ARM-based mobile devices.
