About us

  • Are you in your 50s, 60s or Beyond?

If you are like me and other members, who genuinely enjoys people and cultures, building new connections and reconnecting with regular members, we believe you’ll be very comfortable in this group.

Examples of events:

  • Live Theatre, Shows, Music
  • Specialty Restaurants
  • Unique Adventurous Activities
  • Community events
  • and more...

Our focus is on events and experiences that range from easily affordable to higher priced events. We will have some free and low cost events that are in line with our focus on "special and unique" events.

With a range of 4 to 12 members per event, this allows all members an opportunity for better conversations and building friendships.

Membership:

  • The $49 annual fee is about the price of one coffee per month.
  • This is about $4 per month.
  • You get 12 full months from the date of you join.
  • Renewal membership (2nd year) is $29

The 1st initial year annual membership fee is higher than most groups because free or very low cost is mainly good for accumulating hundreds of members of which many join for no reason other than because its "cheap" and in reality most of them just become inactive, "dead" members.

How to pay the annual membership:
Etransfer information is available when you apply to join the group

What do we use the membership fees for?

  • Meetup Platform Subscription Costs.
  • Expenses such as:
    • Event items, party supplies, rental expenses, group social events, restaurant reservation charges
    • Some of your fees may also help compensate the organizers who incur expenses such as fuel and parking.
    • Organizers post multiple monthly events for ALL the members and must attend/host every event while members have the choice to attend occasionally, frequently or not at. Attending multiple events means incurring frequent monthly costs on behalf of ALL the members.

Contact Us:
Questions about anything please do not hesitate to contact us by sending a direct message through the Meetup App.

We are looking forward to getting to know you and having some great times together. Joining as a member is about making new friends, having fun times, laughter and sharing new experiences.

Let's enjoy this stage of our lives together!

See you soon!

Thank you

THE MOVIE STAR

After landing the role of James Bond, Hollywood superstar Cole Gray sabotages his career with one hilarious, alcohol-fueled, late-night tweet. Canceled by sunrise and burdened by a history of DUIs and paparazzi brawls, Cole is sentenced to 500 hours of community service at a homeless shelter run by his manager’s estranged sister. But what starts off as a PR stunt eventually evolves into a genuine journey of redemption when Cole decides to help the residents stage a play, and discovers that purpose might just shine brighter than fame.
