512 Project – Austin Track Training

We are a community of runners in Austin who want more than just casual jogs — we focus on structured training, technique, and improving performance.

Led by USATF Certified Coach Alex Barysevich, our weekly Thursday morning track sessions combine dynamic warm-ups, running drills, plyometric exercises, and strides. Each session is designed to help you move better, run stronger, and build speed and efficiency.

Whether you’re chasing a marathon PR, aiming for Boston, or just want to improve your running form, you’ll find a supportive group here. All levels are welcome — each drill can be adapted to your ability.
