Let's celebrate Global Accessibility Awareness Day by spending time with folks passionate about accessibility and inclusive design!
Relax on the Thursday evening of GADD at Spark Social, an outdoor food truck park designed for communities and families. https://sparksocialsf.com/ Entrance to the park is free.
Note: there won't be a formal presentation about digital accessibility at this meetup, since it is purely a social event. Michael Sui and Mali Holmes will be your meetup hosts for this gathering.

EVENT DETAILS
• SEATING & RESTROOMS — we'll find a spot inside the food truck park, likely under one of the tents from 5 to 7 PM with seating. Folks can gather there and come and go as they please. Restrooms are available on site.
• FOOD — available for purchase on site from local food trucks (Japanese ramen, Mexican street tacos, Persian cuisine, and Mini Doughnuts). More food options and ice cream available directly across the street at Spark Food Truck Park. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, so please don't bring food to this social. (Bottled water is okay.)
The food vendors on site accept debit/credit cards and cash.
• DRINKS: non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are available for purchase on site, such as: craft beers, red/white/sparkling wine, sangria, margaritas, mimosas, iced coffees, iced tea, smoothies, lemonade, Thai tea, milk tea and boba.
• DOGS: The general park area and cabanas are dog friendly.

The entire venue is outdoors so please check the weather the day of and dress accordingly and likely for it to be a little chilly.

There are a number of transit options for getting to Mission Bay neighborhood in San Francisco.
• There is a Lyft city bike stand within a block of the park.
• The closest MUNI station is "Mission Rock" (Stop ID: 17359).
• The Caltrain station at 4th and King Street is 0.5 miles from Spark Social.
• The 55 bus goes right by the Spark Social. The closest stop is "Mission Bay North & 3rd St" (Stop ID: 17765).
• If you're driving, you can often find on-street or off-street paid parking nearby. Good options: Giants Parking Lots C and A, Rutter Parking Garage (Owens), UCSF Third St Garage (1630 3rd St) and a paid lot on Terry Francois BLVD.
