Description:
Join us for a relaxed 5 km social run along the beautiful Merri Creek Trail!
We'll meet at 9:00am on Saturday 19 September at the corner of Clara Street and Moreland Road, next to 6 Moreland Rd, Brunswick East VIC 3057.
This isn't a race and there's no pressure to run fast.
We'll keep the pace easy and conversational, allowing us to build our aerobic fitness and endurance while still being able to chat and socialise along the way.
We'll run 2.5 km down the Merri Creek Trail before looping around and heading 2.5 km back to our meeting point. The full 5 km will likely take around
30-45 minutes, depending on the group's pace.
Whether you already run 5 km comfortably or you're working towards your first 5 km, you're welcome! The goal is simply to get moving, enjoy the outdoors and meet some like-minded people along the way.
