As organisations move from AI assistants to autonomous agents, the security challenge shifts from simply protecting data to managing a rapidly expanding ecosystem of AI identities, agents, governance requirements and attack surfaces.

This session explores how security leaders can gain visibility of AI in use across the organisation, establish ownership and accountability, manage AI-related risks, and build the foundations for secure and responsible AI adoption at scale.

Using a practical board-level scenario, the session presents a roadmap for discovering, governing, securing and continuously monitoring AI workloads, helping organisations transition confidently from AI experimentation to a trusted AI workforce.
