## Community Contemplation: The Use of Will in the Spiritual Life

Join us for a community discussion at Adelaide Mystics, where we’ll explore the subtle and powerful role of the will in the spiritual life — how we choose, how we act, how we align, and how we participate in the unfolding of our own being. Together we’ll consider the many faces of will: natural movement, effortless gifts, ethical clarity, discernment, belief, excitement, and surrender. We’ll also draw on perspectives from classical traditions, channelled teachings (Seth and Bashar), and the relational model of intercessory prayer to offer a multidimensional map of how will operates in a spiritually awake life.

We will contemplate questions such as: What does it feel like to act from my centre? What choices have felt like a true yes? What beliefs shape my will? What excites me? When do I trust inner knowing, and when do I seek guidance? We’ll also reflect on moments when we thought we were aligned but later realised we weren’t — and what those moments taught us about intuition, ego, conditioning, and humility.

We’ll close with a collective dialogue on where truth lives and how we return to alignment.

There is no pressure to share — quiet participation is equally welcome.
After the meeting, all are invited to come for lunch at the Excelsior Hotel, walking distance from the location of the Meetup.
