🏐 Open Gym Volleyball: B & BB Men only

If additional spots remain, we will then select players from the waiting list. Upon signing up, you will automatically be placed on the waiting list; your spot will be confirmed only after your skill level is validated and your waiver is signed. As a special appreciation for your continuous support, any member who has attended 10 or more open gym sessions or clinics will receive this session free of charge as our Christmas gift to you. If loyal members cannot make it to this event, they can still redeem their free session at their next open gym! To claim your free session, please state your total number of attended events (open gym and/or clinic) when you sign up.

🏐 Net Height: We’ll be using Men net.

🔹 Format & Flow

• We will start with a warm up then Queens of the Court
• Split into 3 balanced teams for structured 6-on-6 play
• Open to middle sets, dedicated setters, or any other rotations the group prefers
• 18 players max: 2 teams play while 1 team refs

📝 Arrival & Waiver Info

• Doors open at 4:25 PM for sign-in, settling in, and warm-up.
• To participate, you must sign a waiver. If you’ve already signed it, you’re good to go. (sign here)
• If you’re bringing a guest: please let me know their name in advance and make sure they sign the waiver as well

🚫 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before) and no-shows may result in removal from future events and/or removal from the group. Please update your RSVP or message the organizer if your plans change—this helps us keep games running smoothly.

🌟 Community Guidelines
This is a safe, fun, and inclusive space—please be respectful to others and help keep the gym clean. Balls will be provided and there is a water foutain but feel free to bring your own. All proceeds support the Estancia High School Boys Volleyball Program, so you’re helping local student-athletes while enjoying the game.
