Dear beautiful souls,
You’re warmly invited to a gentle afternoon of nature, presence, and healing, a heart-opening hike followed by an intuitive meditation circle under the open sky (weather permitting).
✨ What to Expect:
We’ll begin in the Mile End Park, walk alongside the river, to the Victoria Park where we will do a short meditation which can include but can change according to energy:- Activation of the heart and higher heart centers
- Releasing emotional blocks from the chakras
- Inner child healing & soul remembrance
- Grounding, presence & light energy transmission
We’ll sit in the grass or under a tree, connecting to Mother Earth and letting the energy guide us. This is a soft, spacious container for whatever arises.
☕ After our meditation, we will continue our walk to Stratford which is the end of the walk. You’re welcome to join for tea, coffee, or a treat nearby, to share reflections or simply connect in a light and grounded way.
🧺 Please bring with you:- A towel, mat, or blanket to sit on
- Water, comfy clothes, and layers (in case of wind)
- And most importantly: an open heart
