Welcome Adventurers !

Based in Sumter county, we are a group of active 55+ explorers who believe that Florida’s best treasures are found on foot.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between the coasts, stepping everywhere from marshes of Big Bend to sands of Flagler Beach and all the rolling hills of Marion, Sumter and Lake counties in between .

Our signature stepping adventures:
*1 🌴Forest bathing and sensory walks : Slow down and soak in peace of Florida’s ancient
oak hammocks, botanical gardens and quiet parks.
*2 📜 History and Literature walks: Explore the past with walks through historic city tours,
museums and archeology.
*3 🥾 Scenic trails and coastal walks: from paved trails to coastal walks in the sand
*4 ☕️ Beyond the trail: coffee and connection. We host coffee meets to foster friendships
that make our journeys special.
🧘 All fitness levels welcome . We offer a variety of different events from slow strolls to
more moderate levels of activity
