Head uphill to Meol y Faen, Meol y Gamelin , Meol y Gaer and Meol Morfydd, down the valley towards Rhosynwstwst, back towards Blaen Yale farm using the Dee Way, then a level route back to the car park.
20km. 930m ascent/descent .
