What is Stoicism, and why has it lasted over 2300 years? This session introduces the early Greek founders, Roman practitioners like Seneca, Epictetus, and Marcus Aurelius, and Stoic views on nature, the universe, fate, virtue, and emotions. Some practical exercises for today will also be explained. Time for questions and discussion will follow. We will connect ancient insights to modern challenges.
