What we’re about
Since 1972, The Astrological Society of North Texas' mission is a commitment to disseminate accurate information about astrology to our local community. We serve both beginners and advanced astrologers alike.
As of summer 2022, we have been associated with the National Council of Geocosmic Research (NCGR) as their Dallas-Ft. Worth Chapter.
We meet each month at Horizon Unitarian Universalist Church, for social time and a program/lecture on some facet of astrology. Since we also have a private mailing list and FB page, please do not gauge attendance by the Meetup RSVP count.
The address for our meetings at Horizon UU Church is: 1641 W. Hebron Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010 (across from Coyote Ridge Golf Club near Hwy 121 east of I-35E).

About the Presentation:
A planet having no aspects from any other planets in the chart is "unaspected". Similarly, planets that are beyond the Sun’s boundaries are "out of bounds". With nothing in the chart affecting them, such planets tend to manifest their energies in extreme ways, either well or badly, becoming “wild cards” and can be the domineering energy for that chart.- These planetary configurations can indicate an area where the native either has no control or can be out of control, even when wishing not to be.
- These can be the "stand out" planets that everyone notices about the native as they tend to present themselves fully and often.
Biography:
Lin Ewing is an astrologer and Akashic Record reader located in Chicago, Illinois. In addition to doing Akashic Record and astrological readings, Lin offers astrology classes for total beginners as well as workshops for those more advanced and for professional astrologers who wish to expand their understanding and knowledge of specific topics within astrology.
