Mindful Mondays is a weekly kirtan-based sound bath designed to help you reset, ground, and arrive fully into the week ahead. Through mantra, voice, rhythm, and intentional silence, we create a space to quiet the mind, open the heart, and restore balance.
You’re welcome to lie down and simply receive the sound, or gently join in the chanting—no experience needed.
