🚣 Paddleboard/Kayaking + 🏖️ Beach Day

Summer is upon so it's time to cool off in the water. This will be a leisurely paddle, so plan for about 2hr-3hrs if you need to rent a paddleboard, kayak, or canoe. Total distance down the creek is about 1.3 miles before we hit the Dania pier. We'll break for lunch on the beach, hangout for a bit, and then paddle back.
Plan to arrive at the park around 11 to get through the entrance line, pay the entrance fee, and make your way to Parking lot #2 here:

Park Entrance fees:
$4 for single occupant and $6 for multiple occupants).
Here are rental prices for 2 and 3 hour rentals:
Single kayak: $45 (2hrs)/ $60 (3hrs).
Double kayaks/canoes: $60 (2hrs)/ $80 (3hrs) split between two people.
Paddleboard: $45 (2hrs) / $60 (3hrs).
Rental can be booked online which I recommend. Book the 12pm rental slot.

For those with your own vessel, we'll be launching from the marina dock. You'll find that parking lot leading to the dock below where we'll meet up with the others by the rental area:

WHAT TO BRING:
water/drinks, lunch, sunscreen, water shoes, hat, bathing suit, and any other protective gear. There is a shower for rinsing off and a large bathroom to change your clothes afterwards.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are unable to start your rental due to inclement weather you will have the option to delay, reschedule, or refund your rental. Once you have your equipment and your time has started there will be no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather.
