We offer a 20-minute mindfulness meditation each Sunday at 9 a.m. Participants sit in the pews of a lovely wooden chapel and receive light instruction to release thoughts and return to the present moment. After the meditation, we have coffee and a 20-minute conversation about meditation and mindfulness. Many people have flowed through our meetup and reported greater mental peace and insights. It is FREE, and all are welcome.
