Bondi to Manly 80km in 4 parts Rose Bay to North Sydney wharf 20km

Fabulous new urban walk 80km in total done over 4 sections, Bondi Beach to Manly lovely coastal views, a few ups and downs and each section about 20km each!

Arrive on time please and manage your RSVP! Fabulous coastal walk, social, great views and much more... Medium pace all day plus morning tea and lunch stop.

Total distance about 20km Rose Bay to North Sydney Wharf via Circular Quay and Sydney Harbour Bridge, a few ups and downs but gorgeous coast views should be in Rose Bay for a cold beer about 4-4:30pm

Please bring sturdy walking shoes, lunch, snacks at least 2L of water, sunscreen & hat.

Make sure you have plenty of snacks think carbs/sugar as protein takes too long to process. Do not skip salt... Your body requires energy to complete longer walks...

Trainers are ok but bring a jacket in case of a change of weather and 2l of water, pack your lunch and snacks.
