Tammi Shepard is your host and this is our Thai massage jam® at a new location. This is a community bodywork event where we trade share and teach some mat based manual therapy techniques.
You can come alone or bring a partner to learn to work with like a brief massage class and it's open to massage therapists as well as folks with no experience who want to learn and/or deepen their skills and give great massages with less effort.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and feel free to ask questions of Tammi at the event should you need any assistance
