A unique opportunity to attend this pop up food truck festival, Asia In a Bite. The event will have over 40 food truck vendors as well as music to experience Asian culture. We will plan to meet at the Fort Covington Cannon Monument at 12 for intros, name tags and sign in. Then by 12:15 we will leave together as a group to walk around the festival together for food and music. There is nearby paid street parking and parking garage but the event can also be accessed by free Charm City Circulator and paid city buses.

Come join the Baltimore Travel Community for Max’s Taphouse take on Oktoberfest with their Oktobierfest. A weekend filled with German beers (beirs) and food like Bratwurst we will meet Saturday night for drinks, food, and fun.
Oktoberfest originated in 1810 as a week-long celebration of the wedding between Prince Ludwig of Bavaria and Princess Therese. The festivities, which included a horse race, were so well-received that the royal couple made it an annual event. Now Oktoberfest is known as the world’s largest folk festival in Munich, Germany held over a two-week period and ending on the first Sunday in October.
