Afterwards, we sit together for open reflection and short exchange, sharing what was noticed rather than what was believed.

Each meeting closes with brief documentation, turning experience into shared learning.

This introduction is part of *The Practice Circle*, a secular framework for awareness, dialogue, and collective reflection.

There are no teachers, no dogma, no hierarchy — only shared process and honest observation.

Participation is free.
Voluntary contributions of time, skill, or money help keep the framework open and accessible.
