🏖️ Beach, Burpees & Brunch (Breathwork + Mental Strength Edition)

Start your day the right way: move hard, breathe on purpose, then eat well.

This isn’t just a “beach workout.”

💪 We’ll do a short, rough session built around physical grit + mental strength — the same kind of training that helps you stay calm when you’re tired, stressed, and your brain starts negotiating.

Expect:
Simple bodyweight work in the sand

Breathwork resets to control your heart rate and headspace

Mental strength drills (quick cues + focus protocols you can use in races, training, and real life)

No experience needed. No ego. You go at your own pace — the point is to train the switch: from “this sucks” → “I’m steady, and I keep moving.”

After we earn it, we head to brunch nearby for good food, coffee, and hangs.

👋 Led by Gabriel — ex bomb disposal officer and mental resilience coach, teaching the same breathwork and mental strength tools used to stay calm and effective under real pressure.
