My friend in faith Keith Thomas, who has a decade and a half of tai chi, acting and music experience, hosts a free class at the North Berkeley Senior center. We warm up with Tai Chi and then get into an improv game. This whole thing usually runs about an hour but may drag on a bit longer than that.
