then
Leave Darling St, Balmain at 8.
Ride the new path through White Bay Power Station at 8.20
Meeting points at the Victoria Road underpass, Union Square and corner of Hyde Park and College.
Arrive at Parliament House by 9.

Coffee with anyone who can hang around 9.30-10-ish - maybe Piccolo Me or the State Library cafe
then do a ride around the CBD culminating in a ride to and past parliament house ....
