Blending Community will host a New Year’s shrine visit tour!

📅 Date: January 4, 2026 (Sun), 13:00–15:00
📍 Meeting point: Exit 5, Demachiyanagi Station (Keihan Line)

⛩ Destinations: Shimogamo Shrine + Demachiyanagi Shopping Street

👥 Capacity: 20 people (first come, first served)

💰 Fee: Free (but please cover your own offering and transport)

☔ Light rain: we go ahead / Bad weather: decision on the night before

‼️About buying souvenirs and charms: We are very sorry, but we cannot stop on the way because of the tour time. So, we would appreciate it if you could enjoy shopping by yourself before you gather or after the tour finishes‼️

🐎 Shimogamo Shrine has a special connection with horses.
Every May, the famous Yabusame ritual is held, where archers on horseback shoot arrows while galloping through the forest. Horses are seen as symbols of strength, success, and protection—perfect for starting the new year!

⛩ 行き先：下鴨神社 ＋ 出町柳商店街

💰 参加費：無料（※お賽銭・交通費は各自負担）

☔ 小雨決行／悪天候の場合は前日夜に開催可否を判断します。

‼️お土産やお守り購入に関しましては、ツアーの時間の関係で途中でお立ち寄りいただくことができませんので大変恐れ入りますが、ご集合前、もしくはツアー終了後に、各自でお楽しみいただければと存じます‼️

🐎 下鴨神社は馬と深い縁を持つ神社。毎年5月には流鏑馬神事が行われ、騎馬武者が森を駆け抜ける姿は圧巻！馬は古来より成功や力強さの象徴とされ、新年の参拝にもぴったりです。
