* *Amy Michelle Yaeger*
Amy first met meditation in 2007 and instantly felt at home. Her teaching is grounded in compassion, humor, and the richness of being human. She lives on Oʻahu and works as a therapist, integrating somatic practices, IFS, and EMDR.

* *Bob Harrison*
Bob began meditating as a pre-teen and returned to Insight meditation in his forties, where it felt like coming home. He teaches online and regularly sits with Aloha Sangha. His practice is enriched by studies with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
