This time, he will share a personal and practical roadmap for aspiring real estate developers, drawing from his experience as a builder, broker, and developer.
In his presentation, Marc will focus on the importance of hands-on experience, calculated risk-taking, and building confidence through action. Key themes will include the power (and pitfalls) of partnerships, the necessity of rigorous underwriting, the right mindset, and the value of learning by doing.Marc Savatsky is a Boston-based developer and licensed contractor with extensive experience in financial modeling, managing project permitting and entitlements, contractor selection, contract negotiation, and value engineering.
He is the Director of Development at New Boston Ventures where he has managed over $160MM in new residential development.
