Join us for a January Yoga Hike — a mix of easy hiking, standing yoga, and walking meditation that will warm you up way faster than the new year chaos.
No mat needed. No yoga perfection required. Just show up, breathe, move, and let the mountains do their thing.
What to Expect:
- Chill, social pace
- Standing stretches + balance poses
- Walking meditation to reset your brain
- Good company + winter nature magic
Bring: warm layers, water, maybe a thermos of tea, and your most “I need this” energy.
