Our phones are the first thing we reach for in the morning and the last thing we put down at night. They connect us, inform us and entertain us…but they may also be holding us back.

On March 6, executive coach & founder of the women’s festival Wild & Wiser Kelly Keating will sit down with us for an honest conversation about our relationship with technology.

Together, we’ll explore how smartphones and social media have become woven into our identities, routines and self-worth; how comparison culture is influencing our confidence and decision-making; and what it means to live and raise children in a world where attention is constantly being pulled elsewhere.

At this “A Seat at the Table” event, we’ll learn how to use tech intentionally rather than letting it dictate how we live, work and relate to one another. Essentially, we will be learning how to take control of it rather than the other way round.

Join us for an evening of conversation, connection and community. As always, there’ll be delicious food, drinks, good vibes and a room full of brilliant women. I can't wait to see you all.

What To Expect From Each Event:

A short reflection from host Ife Taiwo-Newman.
A special guest sharing their personal journey as well as tips and tricks.
An open-floor discussion.
Welcome drink and food included.

*This is a space to talk, not just listen. Our events are designed to be interactive and attendees are encouraged to share and ask questions at any point. If you have something to say or if something resonates, please speak up.
