What we’re about
As an offshoot of the "Walking in Brussels" group, we aim to create an additional space where friends who connected during our hikes can strengthen their bonds in a different setting.
Non-hikers are warmly welcome to join as well.
The Sunday/Saturday Walks will take place at various locations across Brussels, though not on a regular schedule.
Occasionally, we invite hosts knowledgeable in the principles of "Forest Bathing" to incorporate this activity into our strolls.

Natacha & Amaury - Qigong for men | Breathe with NatureLe Flore, Brussels
We do not need less masculine power, we need more. But we need more of the mature masculine.
This is a men only workshop.
The crisis in masculine ritual process
Rites of passage for men are ceremonies or experiences that mark a young man's transition into adulthood, acknowledging his new responsibilities and status within the community. We have lost these rituals, what can ancient traditions teach us about manhood? How do we see masculinity today? How can we empower men?Qigong in Nature
At its core, Qigong is about cultivating and balancing the body's energy, or Qi, through a combination of physical movements, breathwork, visualisation and meditation. In this way, Qigong can be seen as a form of Inner Alchemy, a way of transforming one's inner landscape to achieve greater health, emotional balance and introspective awareness. You will learn tools to work with emotions through the body- using Qigong as an ancient practise. These exercises haven't been taught before during the Breathe with Nature series.
