Finding Clarity Through Inquiry
An Evening of Self-Discovery | Two Sessions
***
Join us for a guided evening of self-inquiry — a simple, powerful process for examining the thoughts and beliefs that cause stress, conflict, and suffering.
Using structured questioning, we'll explore how the stories we tell ourselves shape our experience — and what becomes possible when we hold them a little more lightly.
***
Session One — Introduction to the inquiry process. We'll identify a specific issue that's been causing tension for us and walk through questions together as a group to challenge our perspectives. Expect moments of surprise, laughter, and quiet recognition.
Session Two — Live inquiry, either in pairs or as a facilitated group. Witness what happens when a thought is truly questioned. We close with reflection and space to sit with what emerged.

This is not therapy or advice-giving — it's an invitation to question what you think you know and discover what's actually true for you.
Participants often leave feeling lighter and with a practical tool they can use anytime life gets loud. This technique was developed by Byron Katie.
Bring something to write with. If you'd like to prepare, think of someone who has bothered you — a specific situation, a specific thing they said or did. That's your starting point.
